‘My take on l’oiseau is to create birds-eye views from unusual places. Trying to view the World from a different angle, identifying with the forces of nature.’

‘L’oiseau’ was born in Arles, France and has now visited some interesting places.

Karen works by herself and although she may have an idea in her head until the timer clicks the image is a mystery.

These are one off images which are not manipulated or layered.

The slightly illicit feeling of doing something private in a public space… Its all about the secret life… this project is just pushing the boundaries slightly behind closed doors.
